“我想开了”“我自闭了”是现在很多年轻人的口头禅,压力一大就容易“自闭”,但是很多事情、焦虑、烦恼,其实“想开”了就好了。那么这两句口头禅用英语怎么表达呢?
"我自闭了"怎么说?
1、can't think straight
其实我们说的"自闭",只是自己思考的太多,并且心态出现问题,没法儿"正常思考",所以我们可以说
can't think straight
工作一天之后只想说
I'm so tired that I can't think straight.
我好累,自闭了。
2、can't imagine why
当我们对事情实在没法理解,想要表达“自闭”的时候,就可以说
can't imagine why
比如,不明白别人的行为
I can't imagine why he tells lies!
我自闭了,为什么他要说谎!
3、close myself off
“自闭”按字面意思理解,就是“自己封闭自己”,所以 close myself off 也比较贴切
Jimmy closed himself off from everybody because he didn’t eat enough today.
因为今天没吃饱,吉米学长开始自闭,谁说话都不好使。
4、stress out
“自闭”通常还伴随着诸多症状,如出汗、焦虑、掉发等,Stress out 指的是过度紧张,以至于崩溃
I’m too stressed out and my mind is preoccupied by worries.

1、表达"我理解了"

2、表达"我释怀了"
get over it
有人做了对不起你的事请,但是最终选择了释怀(不能把垃圾留在心里)
比如分手了
--I heard you have broken up with him. Are you ok?
听说你分手了,你还好吗?
--Yes, I got over it!
嗯哼,我想开了!
3、表达"转过弯儿来"
come round
对事情不理解会钻牛角尖,但是一段时间之后总能"转过弯儿来",每个人都有犟的时候
He'll come round to my point of view. Give him a bit of time.
再给他一点儿时间,他会想开的。
