01 智能化配电运维平台

1.1概述

通过在中化低开关柜、街申柜关钧位苦部黑各种传感器、电力支付表以及保护滤器等实时获取开关板的数据,环培及报警信息等操作数据。有效决定传统开关相对安全可靠,用能和管理等方面的痛点占据了轻松完成传统由低压开关分析的数字化转型升级,开关柜智慧化管理一步到位。


1.2 系统功能


1.2.1 数字化运维

通过为每个开关柜分发一个二维码,将这个二维码与开关柜图号、设备清单绑定,并将其上传到设备说明书中。通过APP扫码后即可获知开关柜详细信息,完成开关柜出厂信息的数字化。同时,将二维码与开关柜内的保护装置、监测装置绑定,通过智能网关采集设备运行数据并上传平台,实现APP扫码即可随时查看开关柜运行状态、历史曲线、故障记录,实现智能化运维;既能实现本土组织形式,也能通过云平台进行集中监控;


1.2.2 状态监测

实时监控开关柜内的开关状态,变压器操作状态,电气连接点(如母排接头、断路器梅花触手、电缆接头、低压柜框断路器接头、抽屉出线接头等)体温,各配电回路用电数量。还可以接入视频、水浸、烟感等非电量传感器,如温湿度和门磁;


1.2.3 故障报警

当发生开关跳闸、过压、欠压、过流等事件时,系统将报警信息通过短信、APP、Email等方式推送,用户可随时接收报警信息;


1.2.4 电能质量分析

系统可以对主要配电回路进行电能质量分析,包括各种稳定、瞬态数据等,并对电能质量敏感负荷用户的用电行为进行临时分析,对存在电能质量风险的用户进行预警告知;


1.2.5 能效分析

对各配电回路小时、日、月、年用电数据进行统计,同时对分时段用电量及费用进行分析,并对需要量门槛、实时量门槛、四象限电能力及平均功率因数计算等功能进行统计;


1.2.6 用户报告

自收集生成开关柜一段时间内各类报警事件和操作参数以来,自动生成用户分析报告,协助客户立即发现隐患,并给出指导意见;


1.2.7 资产管理

记录开关柜内各类设备的规格型号、技术参数、生产厂家和运输日期等,并可按照设备维修保养周期进行保养。提醒用户更换或维护试验,实现设备的全生命周期管理;


1.2.8 工单管理

可以通过系统编制巡查工单、消除工单、抢修工单等方式,将任务下达给相关人员的手机上,记录执行流程,明确执行内容,并通过手机拍照或视频查找出问题,全部流程规范合理有据;

2.1 系统结构

2.2.1 新建项目

新建项目,AM微机保护装置、AEM电力仪表、ATE无线测温传感器、ASD开关柜综合测控装置等传感器和智能化装置常见安装布置形式有集中组屏和分散安装在35kV进、出线开关柜。

35kV变电站改扩建项目,原设计采用的JYN、GBC、XGN柜型涉及一次、二次改造,可以按新建站对进行保护、测控、仪表选型。对于仅进行二次改造,宜优先考虑集中组屏方式,以降低现场设备开孔施工难度和时间∶如果受变电站平面布置的限制,可考虑采用分散安装到各对应间隔二次小室。对于原有的KYN、XGN系列、ZX2系列、或NxAirS等柜型,可根据原有的安装方式,考虑设备开孔安装。对于集中组屏可选择整体更新保护测控屏,对与分散安装可采用预制二次小表室门板更换,以及选用导轨安装的测控仪表。

03 10kV配电柜

3.1 10kV开关柜

常用的开关柜有KYN28A-12铝装移开式户内开关柜、XGN2-12箱型固定式户内开关柜和JYN2-12间隔型移开式户内开关柜,其中KYN28A-12采用ABB技术,是目前比较常用的10kV开关柜。

环网柜是一组高压开关设备装在金属柜体内或做成拼装间隔式环网供电单元的电气设备。其核心部分采用负荷

04 箱变

5.1 0.4kV开关柜

0.4kV低压开关柜从结构上可以区分为抽屉式,如MNS、GCS、GCK、GCL等,以及固定式,如GGD等柜型,通过安装智能化监控设备并组网,可以实现配电室的智能化改造和运维。

该层级开关柜主要是XL-21/31配电柜(箱),包括二级配电柜、消防动力/应急指示及疏散类分配电柜、车间动力分配电柜。通过安装嵌入式或导轨式的智能计量装置、电气火灾监控装置、电机保护装置等产品,并组网上传相关数据,可实现电能集中管理、电气火灾监控和预警,电动机运行监测等功能。

二次分配后的电能可能还要经过区域配电箱的第三次电能分配,区域配电箱就是3级配电了。区域配电箱按用途大致分为照明配电箱,作为区域照明配电,以及计量电表箱,内装计量表计(一般是多路),作为单个回路、设备用电计量,兼有电能分配作用。

5.4 0.4kV末端配电箱

0.4kV末端配电箱直接给室内照明、景观照明、送排风机、插座、排水泵等负荷供电,安科瑞电气自主研发的AAFD故障电弧探测器、 ASCP电气防火限流式保护器、DDS电能表系列产品为末端配电提供保护和监测、能源管控。
